About The Position
CareOne at Parsippany is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants in Parsippany Troy Hills, New Jersey. The role provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff and includes helping residents with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving, and changing linens. Requirements
- Must be a certified or state-tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member and contribute to and model teamwork.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
