About The Position
Mountain View Post Acute is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ellensburg, Washington. CNAs provide daily resident care and help maintain residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity while working alongside nurses and therapy staff. The role offers $23.50–$29.38 per hour depending on experience, plus shift differentials of $2 per hour for evening shifts and $3 per hour for night shifts. Full benefits are offered for employees and their families. New CNAs are welcome, and support is available for employees interested in advancing their healthcare careers. The employer also welcomes NAR applicants, with a starting rate of $22.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Washington CNA/NAC certification.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- A caring heart, patience, and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience; new CNAs are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Help residents with meals and keep track of what they eat and drink.
- Keep residents safe and comfortable and treat them with dignity.
- Notify the nurse about changes in a resident’s condition.
- Document care accurately in the EHR.
