Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Night shift availability
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime, including setting up trays and feeding residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
