About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care/skilled nursing facility team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive care environment.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Collaborate effectively with nursing and care teams
