About The Position
Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is hiring Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for flexible facility staffing opportunities throughout the Appleton, Menasha, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, PRN and part-time opportunities with potential for full-time growth. CNAs will provide direct resident care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification – required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dependable and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position
- Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- At least one (1) year of caregiving experience.
- CNA certification

Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of CNA experience

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs as required
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Follow resident care plans and facility procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
- Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
