Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part time Weekends
About The Position
Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, a HumanGood community, is looking for a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) to join their Memory Support unit team. This part-time position involves working weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 2 pm. The role actively incorporates a "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care," requiring the CNA to develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, assist them in maximizing their independence and participation, and provide exemplary care. This includes assisting with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities, while also helping to create a safe environment for resident care.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Must be a certified Washington State NAC/CNA.
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively incorporate "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."
