About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated CNA to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY. Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. Requirements

• Must have proven work experience and a current New York State CNA certification.
• Must be active on the CNA State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property.
• Must have verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting).
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and wheelchair transport.
• Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
• Report to Charge Nurse on Duty the daily needs, unusual symptoms, and progress of residents.
• Provides a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
