About The Position
This is a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position on a medical/surgical floor. The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting with psychosocial needs, and general cleaning of units and equipment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Additionally, the position includes performing ED receptionist duties such as registration and switchboard operations.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant required
- Must be on the CNA Central Registry prior to hire
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Must be accurate
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Nice To Haves
- Secretarial experience preferred
- Reception experience preferred
