About The Position

Sunnyvale Gardens, located in Sunnyvale, California, provides onsite rehabilitation services to help residents regain their independence and return home. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents while supporting clinical and operational needs. This role helps ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being. The position is full-time and offers AM, PM, and NOC shifts, with pay of $24–$28 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to appropriate staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support activities of daily living and resident care procedures.
• Serve meals and distribute and pick up meal trays.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist with departmental tasks as directed by the supervisor.
