About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with Unity Medical Center to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants. This role provides essential patient care and support under the direction of nursing staff.
Requirements
- CNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Monitor and report patient conditions
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks
- Maintain patient comfort and safety
- Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
