About The Position
A compassionate person who provides care and assists with activities of daily living for Deaf Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, feeding, administering medications, lifting and transferring, and assisting with medical appointments.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 points on a driving record
- CNA certification
- 1 year of CNA experience
Nice To Haves
- Willing to learn American Sign Language (ASL)
- 1-2 years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience preferred
