About The Position

Executive Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time day shift positions providing one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes throughout the Omaha, NE area. If you are a compassionate, dependable CNA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and helping clients remain independent at home, we’d love to hear from you! As a CNA with Executive Home Care, you will provide personalized care and companionship based on each client’s individual care plan.

Requirements

Active CNA license/certification
At least 20 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
Able to follow care plans and work independently
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, compassion, and respect for seniors
Able to pass a background check
Smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and social interaction
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Assisting clients with errands and transportation when needed
Supporting daily routines and encouraging client independence
Monitoring clients and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
Completing accurate care notes using the WellSky app
Following established care plans and company policies
