About The Position

Join our growing home care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We are currently hiring CNAs to serve clients in Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City, Bethany, Yukon, Mustang, El Reno.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
• High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
• Interpersonal relations abilities.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes while following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, ambulation, and fall prevention.
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and maintaining a tidy home.
• Monitor clients’ overall well-being and promptly communicate any concerns to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during each visit.
• Encourage independence while treating every client with dignity and respect.
