About The Position
Wolfson Children’s Hospital is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Flex/Float Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time Nights opportunity. Assists RNs in the care of patients with healthcare needs including activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, collecting lab specimens, intake and output monitoring, and electronic medical record documentation. Works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements
- 1 year Hospital Certified Nursing Assistant Experience Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant License Required
- HS Diploma/GED
- Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
