About The Position
Are you a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? As a Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being. Your support will play a vital role in helping residents adapt and thrive in a safe, caring environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Successful completion of required CNA training and in-service education
- Must be at least 18 years of age (Department of Labor requirement)

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Encourage residents to maintain independence whenever possible.
- Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
- Create positive interactions that enhance residents' quality of life.
