Position Overview: As a primary caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing individualized, respectful, and loving care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver qualifications
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding incidents, concerns, or changes in behavior
- Building meaningful relationships with residents in a neighborhood-based care setting
- Supporting both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
