About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency, a locally owned and operated agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care. Care is delivered one-on-one in clients’ homes and community settings, including long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. The agency describes the openings as urgent and says candidates can start as soon as possible. Available shifts are 7 AM–7 PM, 7 PM–7 AM, and 1 PM–8:30 PM. The schedule includes Monday through Friday, weekends, and every other weekend.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current TB test.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Check vital signs.
