About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team for a Full Time, Day Shift position. This role involves 12-hour shifts at Vibra Hospital of Sacramento, a 58-bed Critical Care Hospital in Folsom, CA. The hospital provides acute care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including those with medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The hospital offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build close relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
- Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
- Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
