Requirements

Current and valid Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification
Strong resident-centered care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Supporting mobility, ambulation, transfers, restorative nursing, and functional maintenance programs
Providing emotional support and meaningful interactions that help residents feel valued and respected
Accurately documenting resident care and observations
Following infection prevention and safety practices
Helping create a warm, welcoming, homelike environment where residents can thrive
