About The Position
Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located about 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. The facility describes a close-knit, supportive workplace with new leadership and an emphasis on staff feeling heard, supported, and valued. Its smaller setting gives staff the opportunity to get to know residents and coworkers. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. This is a full-time position with evening and night shifts available: 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM. Pay is $16–$18 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina is required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassion for an underserved population.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
