About The Position

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. The position offers pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
