About The Position

We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team! The Certified Nursing Assistant assists clients with personal cares, basic housekeeping and client specific duties specifically with our Private Pay clients.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
  • Must have previous experience providing personal cares
  • Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards
  • Must provide proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
  • Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines
  • Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
  • Support client independence while ensuring safety
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities
  • Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed
  • Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations
  • Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health
  • Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts
