Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes as needed
• Encourage engagement and help create a welcoming community environment
