Certified Nursing Assistant, Benefis Hospital Shift Differentials
About The Position
Benefis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team in a full-time position (0.8-1.0 FTE) across various hospital units including Medical, Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Progressive Cardiovascular Unit (PCVU), ICU, Patient Flow (Float Pool), and Med/Surg 8th Floor. The CNA will provide patient care as assigned by a Registered Nurse, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure, deadlines, accuracy, changing situations, diverse people, stressful situations, and conflict. The role requires adherence to all licensing board/agency requirements, regulations, procedures, and Benefis Health System policies.
Requirements
- Successfully completed an approved C.N.A. course and examination.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Montana.
- BLS certificate.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
- Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
