About The Position

Avante at St. Cloud is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for the residents. This is a full-time position with a 7 AM to 3 PM shift available. Avante offers daily pay, allowing employees to get paid today for work done today.

Requirements

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or training to satisfactorily complete the requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Must be 18 years of age.
Completion of high school or GED equivalent or otherwise show the ability to read and write and follow oral commands in English.
Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course.
Positive attitude toward elderly.
Must be eligible for clearance through abuse registry and Department of Law enforcement.
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
