About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time basis for PM and NOC shifts. In this role, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being in accordance with individualized care plans and direction from nursing leadership. Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and support to assigned residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and team members
