About The Position
Centennial Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants in Anchorage, Alaska, for full-time, part-time, and PRN work. The base pay is $20.49–$28.23 per hour, with shift differentials of $0.60 for day shifts, $1.50 for NOC shifts, and $2.00 for weekends. Full-time CNAs are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The employer contributes $1,650 per month toward health insurance. The role supports residents with daily care, monitors and reports health changes, and helps maintain a safe and organized environment. The facility offers training, ongoing education, skill development, and advancement support. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Document resident care in accordance with facility policies.
