Unity Hospice is dedicated to honoring life by bringing peace of mind and comfort when it matters most. With over 46 years of compassionate care, we provide a supportive and collaborative environment for our team members. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN, based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of the patient’s personal care needs and documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care. During times of higher census, CNAs may be cross-trained into community support, manage a small patient caseload, work as a float CNA, and provide care in patients' homes or other facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all settings.
