Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Genuine passion for caring for seniors
Nice To Haves
- CPR Certification
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Helping residents during meals and recording food/fluid intake
- Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Providing compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families
- Help create a home-like environment where residents feel respected, valued, and cared for.
