Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC is seeking two Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for their evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Requirements
- Active CNA listed in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment
- Provide personal care
- Assist with mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Document resident information
- Communicate effectively with the care team
- Support residents' overall well-being
