About The Position

Bridgemark Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care that supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities and helps maintain clean, welcoming living spaces. The role includes communicating resident needs and changes to the care team and leadership, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and contributing to a positive environment that respects residents’ choices.

Requirements

• Valid state CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, support, and safely assist others; training is provided.
• Background must align with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification; assistance obtaining it may be available.
• Experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting.
• A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and dance moves are encouraged but optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Communicate residents’ needs and changes to the team and leadership.
• Help keep residents’ living spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Contribute to an environment that respects residents’ dignity and choices and provides good customer service.
• Attend in-services and education programs.
• Complete Relias trainings on time.
• Complete 12 hours of annual in-service training.
• Keep CPR certification up to date.
