Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- Compassionate and resident focused approach to care

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, and comfort
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Accurately document care provided
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team
- Help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents
