About The Position

We are seeking dedicated individuals for Full-Time Day Shift positions, with a $1000 bonus for full-time hires and a $500 bonus for part-time hires. Per diem positions are also available. Requirements

Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification or PSS certification.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
Adherence to ethical standards and maintenance of resident information privacy.
Must pass a criminal background screening.
Must receive an annual influenza vaccine.

Responsibilities

Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Serve meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition, adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences.
Manage laundry efficiently to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy, providing attentive care.
Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure an effective care team.
Document observations and updates on residents' conditions for accurate record-keeping.
Adhere to safety rules and infection control measures to maintain resident health.
Participate in training and education to continuously improve caregiving skills.
