About The Position
Our mission, at Crest Nursing Home, is to improve the lives of the residents we serve. We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking full-time CNAs for afternoon shift, 1:45pm-10:15pm, to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers. Could possibly include every other weekend off. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.
Requirements
- Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of the state.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor.
