As a pioneer in the field of aging service, our Monroe Township residence is the result of decades of research and over a century of experience. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six “small homes”; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners. Requirements

Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
High School graduate or GED required
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
Flu vaccine required during flu season
