We are searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant who is interested in home services opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be able to travel all surrounding hours.
- Drive time is only included if going an hour or more away, otherwise, mileage over 30 applies
- must be available to flex time
- no preferences of clients
- on call one weekend a month. Lead CCM will assign that weekend in the rotation; it reflects on the schedule.
- PTO has to be submitted all PTO time.

- Physical within the last year and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
- Perform all skills and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in and adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment
