About The Position

Martha & Mary is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/NACs) to join their extraordinary nursing teams in Poulsbo. This role involves providing direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner, assisting them with activities of daily living, and accurately obtaining and recording vital signs and resident intake. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification Training Program
  • Ability to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
  • Ability to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.
  • Ability to engage with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
  • Accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.
  • Engage with seniors, visitors, and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive, and supportive manner.
