FT and PT CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Canterbury Place, under new leadership by Oakdale Seniors Alliance, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care and make a real difference in the lives of residents. The facility provides opportunities to work in a dementia unit, a rehab unit, and a long-term care unit, offering endless learning opportunities. The ideal candidate is a CNA who wants to work in a place where they can make a difference, possesses compassion, dedication, and experience, and enjoys working with the elderly. Full-time and part-time shifts are available for daylight, evening, and weekend rotations.
Requirements
- Certified in the state of Pennsylvania
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care
- Excellent team players with strong communication skills
- Patient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, fostering their independence and well-being.
- Provide quality care to residents.
- Work alongside RNs, LPNs, and other caregivers to provide exceptional resident care.
Benefits
- Competitive wages up to $26.50 per hour
- $3 shift differential on 2nd shift during the week & additional $2 weekends
- $2 shift differential on 3rd shift during the week & additional $2 on weekends
