About The Position

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. MED TECH REQUIRED--- WE WILL TRAIN. Schedule: 2 weekdays and every other weekend, 3P-11P primarily working with Memory Care residents. (24 hours per work, 48 hours a pay). Other shifts available, inquire within. Compensation: Up to $24/hour, plus differentials for Med Tech and shift.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• MED TECH REQUIRED--- WE WILL TRAIN.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
