About The Position
Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living settings. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on delivering consistent, person-centered care. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week, with optional overtime available.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (Michigan)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and shopping
- Support medication preparation and administration
- Transport and accompany residents as needed (company vehicle provided)
- Provide consistent, respectful care in a structured environment
