Requirements
- Active Florida CNA License (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
- Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff
- Observe residents’ conditions and report concerns to ensure timely care
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper body mechanics
- Prepare rooms and materials for new resident admissions
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming care environment
- Collaborate with nurses and team members to deliver outstanding care
