About The Position
Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. The role involves enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering hands-on care, emotional support, and teamwork-driven service. CNAs play a vital role in resident care.
Requirements
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred
- New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care
