About The Position

Bridgemark Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care and support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living, maintains accurate documentation, communicates resident needs and changes to the team and leadership, and helps keep residents’ living spaces clean and welcoming. The role contributes to a positive environment centered on resident dignity, choice, and customer service.

The CNA must maintain current certification and complete required in-service education and Relias trainings. Employment offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screen. Requirements

• Valid state CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication skills, including listening and speaking kindly.
• Ability to lift, support, and help others safely; training is provided.
• Background must align with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Complete 12 hours of annual in-service training to maintain certification.
• Keep CPR certification up to date if certified.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, mobility, and other daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Attend in-services and education programs.
