About The Position
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Successful completion of an approved CNA training program
- Completion of all required in-service training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age (Department of Labor requirement)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
- Support residents in maintaining the highest possible level of independence and well-being
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Follow physician orders, care plans, and established healthcare standards
- Create meaningful connections and provide emotional support to residents and families
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment
