About The Position
The Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit is a 33-bed tertiary obstetrics center that provides 24/7 multidisciplinary care to women and their families, delivering approximately 1,750 babies per year. The unit is committed to delivering patient care within a family-centered philosophy, recognizing the individual physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patient and her family. Requirements
- WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - active or expired on registry
- Strong interest in customer service
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the staff and patients on the unit.
- Work independently providing resource information and general nursing care to patients.
- Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes.
