About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contractual position to assist patients with daily activities and provide direct support under the supervision of the nursing staff, ensuring comfortable, high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Help transfer and reposition patients safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Support the nursing team as needed
- Accurately document care provided
