About The Position

Ravenswood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
