Requirements

• North Carolina CNA Certification
• Positive outlook
• Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
• Working independently and on a team
• Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
• Great communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional needs that enable them to function at the highest possible level.
• Act as the residents’ closest advocate in the household.
• Promote the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building.
• Help plan and facilitate social activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Care for the residents’ personal laundry.
