About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care and personal support to seniors and adults in the Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on client needs and caregiver availability.
Requirements
- A current Texas CNA certification
- Bi-lingual: English/Spanish
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Availability to travel to client homes within Fort Worth and surrounding Tarrant County communities
- The ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A dependable, compassionate, and client-focused approach to care
- Willingness to complete required training and onboarding requirements
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of professional caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Experience assisting seniors or individuals with ongoing care needs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, when needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean living environment
- Offer companionship and social engagement
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Communicate important information with the office and care team
- Follow each client's individualized care plan
Benefits
- $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
