About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan. Support the greatest possible independence for patients conducive to safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures. Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
Responsibilities
